Magnesium Bath Flakes

What are Magnesium Flakes???? Most people think of Epsom Salts (compound of magnesium and sulfate) for soaking but Magnesium Chloride flakes are more easily absorbed into the body which makes for more intense and longer lasting effects.  Magnesium Flakes also contribute to electrolyte imbalance, normal muscle function and aid calcium absorption to support healthy bones and teeth.  Our Magnesium Flakes are harvested from the Dead Sea in Israel and are used to improve sleep, promote relaxation, and soothe sore and tired muscles.  Magnesium Flakes can also be used as a foot soak for gout flares or tired achy feet.

To use, run a warm bath and add a cup of magnesium flakes (2 cups for larger tubs or for a more targeted therapeutic soak) to still water.  Disperse with hand.
